iamMoney is designing systems for the global provision of digital financial services, with potential clients’ upward mobility, financial literacy and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.

iamMoney has an ethos of financial literacy and support at its core and will provide exemplary customer service; interacting with its customers in a real-time, contextually sensitive manner.   

Leveraging the best of the world’s FinTech and broader thinking, we will use the latest technology to provide the modern consumer with relevant and appropriate products.  

We are building a dynamic, customer-centric and diverse in-house team, and trusted network of suppliers, who will support us as we build, launch and expand iamMoney across a number of global markets in 2021.




Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work with technical architects, business analysts, UX designers, developers and testers to help design and implement a digital solution that will change the future of banking. If successful, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative mobile banking solutions that will increase financial literacy and support individuals to make the most of their finances.

Highly technical, you have a proven success in delivering high quality, enterprise-level software on time, that customers love. You enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine enthusiasm for launching innovative consumer propositions. You will have experience delivering large scale data processing systems and API’s, supported by a customer-centric user experience.




  • Manage the product lifecycle - you maintain and iterate a product over time, using metrics to make sure it continuously meets the goals you have set, meets the user needs and works effectively

  • Communicate and frame customer problems clearly for the team, including writing user stories

  • Manage product backlogs - you will create the list of backlog items and prioritise them based on the overall strategy and business objectives

  • Set the product vision - engage with teams and stakeholders, building relationships big enough to set and develop the product vision over time

  • Develop product strategy - manage the product roadmap and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value

  • Own the product - you will define the MVP and work with your team to agree what is next for release, acting as product champion and communicating progress to the wider business

  • Be user focused - you will act as the voice of the business and the users, telling their story during development and iterations of the service

  • Be inquisitive and dig deep to understand the needs and pain points of our customers

  • User Experience & User Research - experience combining quantitative customer data, customer interviews and research to inform decisions to help products and services reach that next level of excellence

  • You are a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them

  • You are able to help others make decisions by being persuasive, but you will still be comfortable working independently and making decisions without a consensus

  • You are comfortable co-ordinating large-scale projects, often including third parties and a variety of stakeholder needs, from discovery through to market launch and everything in between.

  • You will be a strong leader and collaborator, managing stakeholders and cross-functional product teams of designers, engineers and researchers

  • Natural believer in Agile Development and familiar with all aspects of agile delivery

  • Experience working within the financial services sector

  • A deep understanding of core banking and payments systems is highly beneficial

  • Experience running experiments and gathering customer feedback

  • Breadth of experience rapid prototyping and organising a team to get customer feedback

  • Appreciation for a fast-moving startup culture

  • Willingness to travel, if required, to meet suppliers and partners throughout EU and US

  • A passion for self-improvement and making a positive difference in the world
