We are building something special, a paradigm shift from traditional banking that needs a team of people who can move at pace. In order to do this successfully, we need integrated roadmaps across our key launch areas, Product & Technology and this needs to be closely aligned with our business to ensure a smooth GTM.   

Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, this role will work very closely within the Product Development and Engineering / IT teams and third parties across multiple geographies. We run an agile development process and product factory that sits at the very core of our business, but we need to ensure roadmap alignment to all other business launch activities - that’s where you come in.  

You love complex problems with many moving parts and are excited at the prospect of working within a fast-paced startup environment. You are a highly experienced Programme Manager, having worked in all stages of an agile software development lifecycle, yet still appreciate working in a waterfall manner with large institutions.  

Highly organised, you have a proven track record of managing multiple projects as part of a larger programme to drive the business forward. You enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine enthusiasm for launching innovative services in the fintech ecosystem.




  • Maintain responsibility for all programme delivery across multiple work streams with internal teams and suppliers  

  • Manage and maintain the programme delivery, while ensuring timely stakeholder communications 

  • Liaise with supplier project managers to highlight critical path to foresee any potential blockers  

  • Identify potential delays and present mitigation options to key stakeholders  

  • Identify programme delivery best practises to mentor junior project managers as the team grows  

  • Maintain project and programme plans to track progress against key milestones  

  • Work in an agile manner - where necessary - with our internal teams, while appreciating the need to follow a waterfall delivery with larger key partners  

  • Lead planning sessions with the technical teams to future plan key release milestones and deliverables 

  • Analyse historical team progress to refine and update the delivery roadmap 

  • Maintain project budgets – including demand management 

  • Strong stakeholder management - you must be able to build good relationships with business and technical users of varying levels of seniority 


  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage time and resources to consistently meet deadlines 

  • Problem solver with immaculate attention to detail when delivering inspiring digital solutions 

  • Expert communicator; able to interpret, dissect and relay key information 

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and take the lead on multiple projects

  • Significant experience within programme / project management or similar role (PMP/APM) 

  • Experience running business-wide programmes in a startup, using both an agile and waterfall environment 

  • Experience in building complex technical solutions within an international software development team 

  • Have strong technical knowledge, a solid understanding of product development lifecycles and GTM, as well as general business administration 

  • A deep understanding of core retail banking systems is highly beneficial  

  • Experience of working within the financial services sector is a plus
