Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will work with internal and external teams to help design a cyber-secure infrastructure to allow our people to do their jobs in safety and deliver great products to our customers. You will be part of a fast-paced empowered team that need to implement solutions quickly to support our infrastructure, which will be primarily cloud-based and accessible from our global offices.

  • Explore ways of improving processes and procedures to support our infrastructure 

  • Assist with the security technology roadmap development in conjunction with the Head of Technology 

  • Stakeholder engagement and management 

  • Leading project workstream deliverables 

  • SME for multiple services supplied by external suppliers 

  • Provide troubleshooting support to our people 

  • Engage with third party partners and suppliers and maintain relationships 

  • Manage and monitor performance of services we consume from our suppliers 

  • Contribute to the creation of the technical working documents and procedures 

  • Assist with audits and ISO compliance and evidence gathering 

  • Regularly and efficiently handle the requests and incidents which enter our ticketing system 

  • Able to work as part of a geographically separated team 

  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotation basis to our teams 

  • Support and maintain our cloud deployments

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Experience in physical networking technologies ( VLANS, Firewalls, Switches) 

  • Solid experience in maintaining Microsoft Office 365 deployments (Sharepoint, Teams, Office, Enterprise Security, MDM, MAM) 

  • Hands-on experience of supporting Mac and Windows machines 

  • Solid experience in trouble shooting problems across a number of devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) 

  • Understanding of cyber-security technologies (Burpsuite, QRadar, SIEM Services, IAM Services) 

  • Solid experience with working in the financial services sector 

  • Experience with authentication and single sign-on tools (Azure AD) 

  • Understanding of JAMF Pro (Apple Management and Deployment System) 

  • Working experience of DEP & VPP (Apple Business Manager) 

  • Solid understanding of ITIL 

  • Natural believer in Agile Development and familiar with all aspects of agile delivery 

  • Appreciation for a fast-moving startup culture 

  • Willingness to travel, if required, to meet suppliers and partners throughout EU and US 

  • A passion for self-improvement and making a positive difference in the world
